素晴らしいアパートメントです。写真で見るよりもずっと広くて良かったです。到着時から細部へのこだわりが感じられ、完璧にセットアップされていました。景色は最高で、スキーをしなくても素晴らしい滞在場所でした。ロケーションは最初少し心配で、リフトまで坂を10分ほど歩く必要がありました。忙しい日はシャトルサービスで迎えに来てもらえないこともあり、少し残念でしたが、大きな影響はありませんでした。近くに素敵な小さなレストランがたくさんあり、メインタウンまで行く必要はありません。

とても素敵なアパートメントで、スタイリッシュな内装で過ごしやすい場所です。とても暖かく、床暖房付きの素晴らしいシャワー、快適なベッド、便利なロケーションです。豆知識：ラジエーターの温度調節は床にある回転バルブで個別に制御できるので、寝室は涼しく、バスルームは暖かく保つことができます。

良い滞在先です。とても暖かく清潔でした。

Please regard my notes as constructive comments, as we found the staff at H2 very receptive, helpful and SO accommodating - thank you to Gabriel and the other staff. But there are a couple of things about the accommodation that could be improved, we think. Firstly, there is very little to no storage (in the way of shelving for two people’s clothes etc) in each bedroom - so living out of suitcase is almost necessary. Shelving and drawers are absolutely mandatory - even a simple drawer in the bedside tables would be helpful. Secondly, there is simply not enough light nor storage (shelving) in the bathrooms - perhaps some stronger globes might be good? These are the two things that bothered us a little. But overall the apartment was warm and cosy - well located, with lovely views. The ski lockers are fantastic.

Loved the view and the modern apartment, bright and open, nice flooring. Maybe some more shelving in the bedroom for clothes would be good

Assistance from staff was super efficient. Communication throughout fantastic - Grace was fab.

The unit was spotless, plenty of space to relax, wonderful view of the Kitanomine slope.

Lovely welcoming apartment - well appointed and comfortable. Few suggestions for consideration: please add in more shelving and storage in bedrooms and bathrooms. Extra towels (inc tea towels) in apartment would be helpful instead of having to ask staff. Spare bin liners in apartment would also help.

The accommodation had everything we needed for an excellent ski experience in Furano. Also in a good location close to the ski area and restaurants. The team were easy to contact and very efficient at responding to any of our requests. They provided us with lots of helpful information with regards to places to eat, visit, etc.

All the staff members were very kind and available. The ski shuttle was a real pleasure
