とても対応が早く、親切でした！問い合わせにすぐ返信してくれて、追加情報も提供してくれました。特に車がなかったので、移動の際にとても助かりました。カスタマーサービスが素晴らしく、アメニティや特典も良かったです！問い合わせへの返信も迅速でした。窓際の寝室に小さな虫がいましたが、全体的には素晴らしい滞在でした！おすすめです。

Only thing thing was the mattress could have been a little more comfortable/thicker, but was good otherwise. Very responsive when we accidentally turned off the heating by tripping the breakers - thank you for fixing that while we were out.

The accommodation was very clean and well equipped. The check in instructions were very clear and made our arrival easy. The communication was outstanding. My group and I had a travel mishap on the way to Niseko and you guys were able to arrange a last minute private shuttle to Roku which extremely helpful. You also answered any questions in a timely fashion.

The accommodation was exactly as described and we were more than happy upon our arrival. The whole team went out of there way to accommodate some last minute requests and should be highly commended for desire to assist and ensure our stay was seamless.
