Just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay in 3 bedroom premium apartment. The apartment was very modern, large and very comfortable. We had other friend's staying at Niseko who were very jealous of our accomodation when they visited Apartments are in walking distance to all restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife. The whole team were so friendly and accommodating, with daily lifts to and from the snowfields without any hesitation. Special mention to Michael, where customer service, happiness and assistance just came naturally to him. Michael you certainly were a family favourite. Thanks all for making our holiday a special one....................we certainly will be back to do it all again

ここは本当に美しい場所です。ニセコの下の村にひっそりと佇む高級サービスアパートメントです。村のメインストリートまで徒歩10分以内で、たくさんのレストランやバーがあります。ただ、下の村にひっそりとある穴場のレストランを探索することをお勧めします。Aspectは小さな崖の斜面に位置しているため、目の前には羊蹄山の素晴らしい景色が広がり、背後には上の村の全景が見えます。内装はモダンでセンスが良く、居心地が良いです。各アパートメントには、キッチン家電、洗濯機、素晴らしいスタッフから、PS4ゲーム機、プライベートシャトルサービス、夕日を眺めながら飲み物を楽しめる屋上へのフルアクセスまで、快適な滞在に必要なすべてが揃っています。まさに快適さとレジャーの完璧な融合です。ニセコを訪れる方には絶対にここをお勧めします。

大きなシャレーを借りましたが、非常に高い水準でした。スタッフもとても親切でした。

立地、部屋のレベル、清潔さ、すべてが完璧です。リビングルームから朝日に照らされた羊蹄山を見ることができます。リビングルームとメインベッドルームにはエアコンがあります。他の寝室にはエアコンがないため、真夏は暑くなる可能性があります。冬にまた利用したいと思います。

素晴らしい体験でした。ホテルの眺望、立地、設備にとても満足しました！快適に過ごせました。目の前に羊蹄山があり、部屋は豊かなエネルギーで満たされていました。そしてスタッフ全員がとても気配りがあり、素晴らしいサービスを提供してくれました。本当にありがとうございました！

We had challenges with the washer and dryer several times. Else, parts of the apartment were not clean upon entry and the staff didn’t take out all garbage during mid week clean. Else, the staff was very accommodating with transit, early/late checkout, and overall friendliness.

I’m sorry not to have written down names, but every interaction was outstanding, starting with our initial transit problem when the trains were shut down fully at Oshamambe. It started in Hakodate where the only train available was a local train, which got us to Oshamambe but by the time we got there, no trains were available to go to Kutchan. No taxis were available at Oshamambe directly but your team was able to get one to come pick us up and bring us directly there. Then the care taken while we were at the apartment, the shuttle services offered to and from both Rhythm and the base make in resort services easy and even meeting two of your team on Ace Gondola who worked as Owner Relations reps was outstanding!

Room quality and shuttle service is the most enjoyed part, that’s the reason why I chose Aspect for 2nd time. However before arrival I was bit worried as during booking I was informed shuttle is only one time a day, which is quite constrains and we have a big group, I’m relexed when staff is trying to help arrange even over than that, and understand in email you don’t want to over commitment, which is totally understandable. I think maybe next time it could be mentioned little bit in the booking, in case a misunderstanding for people during the booking

Keeping skis and snowboards downstairs

Loved the whole property, especially enjoyed the heated radiators throughout the apartment and the free energy bars.
