Fubuki means snowstorm in Japanese making this house the perfect place to cozy up during Niseko's beautiful snowfall. The first floor contains a laundry, a drying area for your ski gear and seats to give you a place to put on your boots and gloves before braving the elements. There are also two bedrooms located on the first floor, well out of the way of the living spaces upstairs. These are the master bedroom and ensuite as well as a large guest bedroom. The second floor is split into two levels, the first with expansive couches and large windows to gaze out onto the snowy surrounds. The second tier has a dining area with a cosy bench seat along one wall and a modern kitchen overlooking the living area.
Proceeding up the stairs you will find the remaining two bedrooms and bathrooms on the top floor. There is also a fantastic media room for watching all your favourite ski films. There is a wine cellar for everyone to store their favorite bottle.
Fantastic Family Stay – Beautifully Designed & Fully Equipped
Stayed 12-17th Dec 2025.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fubuki 2, Niseko with our extended family (4 adults and 4 kids). The house is beautifully designed and extremely comfortable, especially for winter stays. Heaters are provided in every room, including the toilets, which was a great touch.
The house has 4 toilets and 3 showers, which was more than enough for a large group. All bathrooms were stocked with Hajimari Organic amenities, adding a luxurious touch to the experience. The beds were very comfortable and offered great support, ensuring a good night’s sleep.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed—induction cooker, microwave, oven, dishwasher—and plenty of coffee options (drip, Nespresso, and French press). There were lots of sofas, so everyone had their own cozy corner. We also loved being able to log into our own Netflix accounts on both the main TV and the media corner.
The first-floor rooms had heated floors, and the laundry room was very convenient and heated as well. Location-wise, it’s excellent: a short walk to food trucks and within walking distance to Seicomart for supplies. The free Hirafu shuttle bus (red or green lines) was easy to use, and we could track its location on GPS and step out just in time.
Highly recommend the nearby food trucks— Elvis for kebabs and for burgers. There’s also a large open snowy area across the road where the kids had a blast building snowmen and an igloo.
The neighbourhood is quiet at night, perfect for resting after long days on the slopes.
Overall, a fantastic stay for families. Highly recommended!
