Excellent service. Nothing was ever too difficult for your team. We received the best of care: pick up and drop off. Luggage transferred to our apartment before check in so we could explore the local area, have lunch and pick up our ski hire. Transfer to Kutchan station on departure. Arrangement and transfer of our ski gear and heavy luggage to Chitose airport so we could continue our travels before flying back to Australia. Wonderful service
